Our chickpeas

We don’t use fertiliser.
We don’t spray.
We harvest by hand – fortunately, with the help of lots of neighbours and friends.
We have now harvested all the fields. Everything has been cleaned up and packed into sacks.
So now we’ve got enough chickpeas again — for our own use and for our friends…
Tomatoes, tomatoes.

Our vegetable garden.

A quick little tomato harvest in between. Five crates (about 70 kg) after just two hours.

After harvesting, we either preserve our tomatoes in jars or prepare them for drying (see picture).
Hmm, sweet figs…

1 kg of fresh figs yields 150 g – 200 g of dried figs.
Drying and vacuum-packing ensure our figs keep very well and make them a delicious, healthy snack. We air-dry our figs only and do not sulphurise them.
ENJOYMENT TIP: Simply enjoy them whole or, for example, chop them up and add them to your muesli.
Our olive harvest in October.

🫒 This is what our olives look like when we start the harvest.

This is what our olive oil looks like after pressing.
100% organically produced.
It captivates with its masterful, intense, green fruitiness.
The explosive fruity bouquet of green apple, mint and banana blends wonderfully with a subtle hint of bitterness and a slight, gentle piquancy.
🍽️ A wonderful treat with truffles, pasta, meat, vegetables, bread, cheese, honey and salad…
Our grain.

👉 My prediction:
🌱 In the future, genuine human connection and our natural, healthy way of life will once again be enjoyed together in smaller, authentic communities ☀️
We’re on board 🍿 🙂 Are you?
What do you think? Best wishes ⛱️ Frank
